Payments

You can pay for your order with the following:

Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express are accepted. Simply enter your card information at checkout. The charge will appear as 'Robin@ZaineyandZoe.com' or 'Zainey and Zoe' on your card statement.
By school or personal check. At checkout click this payment option. Instructions on where to mail your check will be shown on the next checkout page.

As soon as your check is received, we will begin working on your order. *Your processing time begins when the check is received.* Once your check clears, your order wiill be shipped. We recommend mailing your payment the same day you order so we can get started on it right away.

Shipping

Processing Time: Your order will be completely hand made just for your squad. We pride ourselves on being as efficient as possible, while still maintaining the highest quality. Contact us if you need your order faster or have special requests. We always try to accommodate them!

*Up to 25 bows or 5-20 yards of sequin ribbon: will take about 1 week to process.

*30+ bows or 21 yards of sequin ribbon: will take 7-14 business days.

Sequin ribbon samples will be mailed within 1 business day first class mail, if that is all you order. If ordered with other products, see shipping times above.

Express/Overnight Shipping: Your order will not arrive tomorrow. Your order will still take the time listed above to process. Express shipping does not reduce processing time, it only makes the shipping time reduce from 2-4 days to 1-2, depending on the post office. Purchasing rush shipping is a choice offered for your convenience, but it does not guarantee a specific delivery date.

Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping averages 2-3 business days (add this to your processing time). You will receive a tracking number so you can track the arrival of your package.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order.

Rush Orders: Occassionally we can accommodate rush orders. If you need this option, please email us first and we can try to work with you to get your order to you sooner. There will be additional charges to rush your order, as staff will work overtime to make your order.

We do not accept returns if you order the wrong color ribbon or bows, or just change your mind. Because your order is custom made, it is nonrefundable or exchangable. We offer a color chart and shipped samples to help you choose the correct color prior to placing your final order. If you have questions, please ask them before ordering.
