No, all sales are final. If the product you receive is defective in some way, please contact us as soon as you receive your order. We cannot guarantee rubber bands. Please use an additional rubber band to hold the ponytail, and not the cheer bow band.

Sequin ribbon is not returnable. Please order a sample so you can match the color before ordering a full order. Order a sample here.

Can I order sequin ribbon in a continuous roll? TOP

At this time, sequin ribbon is only sold in precut pieces, and not on a roll. Choice of lengths is available when ordering.

Do you offer wholesale discounts for large orders of sequin ribbon? TOP

Yes, we do! If you order over 50 yards of ribbon in one order, you can receive 10% off your total cost. Overs over 100 yards receive 20% off. To place a large order, simply contact us with the following information:

We will set up a custom order for you that will show your discount.

Orders over 75 yards take 3-4 weeks to process prior to shipping. Please plan accordingly.

What is the tie in attachment method? TOP

If you choose the tie in attachment, your bow will be made with a ribbon attached instead of a pony-o elastic. To use this type of bow, either tie it to a rubber band that will then go in your hair, or put hair in a ponytail with separate elastic band, and then tie the bow ribbon around the ponytail band.

We need a custom applique for our team's ribbon. Can you do that? TOP

Yes! We can make a custom applique for the 'buy by the yard' ribbon or on a custom made bow. If you don't see the applique type that you need, just drop us an email and we will see if we can get it for you. Bowmakers, you can now offer your clients or teams a custom bow just for their squad!

How long will it take to get our bows or ribbon? TOP

Processing and shipping times vary with the season. Current times are always posted under the 'shipping' tab. Please check them before ordering to ensure you will receive them on time. If you are in a pinch or have a last minute 'bow emergency', give us a call and we will see how we can help!
